Chapter 23 seems like a summary of a story that happend in another medium. Now my question is besides the novel has this story been done somewhere else?

I did some research for my on purpose. So, it seems that in ch 23, he tells what happened in episodes 20-24 (or so). The manga its loyal to the LN and this story with that fucking flying cars happens in LN. So, this cannon.
