I've heard a rumor that this has been picked up for an official English translation. Does anyone know if this is true?

 

If not, does anyone know if another scanlation group has picked it up?

It was picked up by Spottoon where the title was corrected to "Twelfth Night".
 
As of the day of this post (June 2016), the paid version is about 1/4 through Season 3 (the final season), and the free episodes are up to early Season 2.
 
Both versions are released roughly every Wednesday, though the paid version is released in chunks (more or less 4 episodes together once a month).

 

UPDATE: The series on Spottoon is complete as of December 2016. With the exception of the free episodes, each episode requires keys to unlock. There are ways to earn free keys (e.g. add a friend), but for the most part they need to be purchased.

 

Spottoon changed the availability of their free episodes, which is now a rotating block of 10 episodes. As of now (February 3, 2017) the free episodes are almost halfway through Season 3 and have passed the old fan translation back in December 2016.

 

The last fan translation was #53, which is Ep.57 on Spottoon.

 

 

UPDATE #2: Options to read/catch up -

Individual episodes can be unlocked for USD$0.99, and the entire series for USD$32.96.

Or, you can wait until the 10-episode free rotation returns to the beginning of the series (my best guess is September 2017) and read it weekly for free.

Or if you don't have the money or the patience, you can read the Season 3 episode summaries (up to the the most recent free episode) on the Twelfth Night Wiki. (A chunk of Season 2 isn't up because my USB thumb drive with the episodes on it broke.)

Another update!

 

Coming soon is another opportunity to read the entire webtoon for free! (in chronological order)

 

The free rotation will be starting over again, and the first paid episode (#21) will be free to read between Sept. 6 and Nov. 14, 2017.

As a reminder, Spottoon unlocks each paid episode for 10 weeks, one week at a time, so there is a block of 10 that are free to read at any given time.

E.g. Episode 21 will be free from Sep. 6 thru Nov. 14, Episode 22 from Sep. 13 through Nov. 21, etc.

 

And more good news: Spottoon extended the number of permantly-free episodes from 10 to 20!

Yeah, I read Living with One Leg on SpotToon, best thing that ever happened to that title. 

 

And yeah, about a buck a chapter, fine, worth every penny of it.
