The upload's failing because you're using characters that can't be read in the uploading file's name. Files can only be uploaded with English alphabetic characters & numbers. [a-z, 1-9]
That being said, we don't allow 18+ comics so this comic's not allowed here, sorry.

That means that something went wrong with you upload try to re-upload it.
