I know because gold can't disapparate and appear in thin air and secondly, rainbows aren't physical objects so there is no "end of the rainbow"; where the end seems to appear depends on the person's position. So if there is a million people looking at a rainbow, there is a million places where the end of the rainbow appears to lie, then where is the pot of gold?
