Yeah...I lose a lot of blood on top of it, as well as me being incredibly small, so it's always very painful and makes me weak, to the point where I miss school and things.

It's ok to love yourself. Accept yourself. Have confidence. It just gets a little problematic if it borders narcissism and/or vanity and ego-centrism, but even then, in some positions those characteristics are needed to survive.

That blows. I've also heard from another girl that it really takes her out for a few days, which I can barely even fathom. But the water bottle does help ease your pain at least, or does it not?
