[Nestrior]

Here a first small list of everything that caused Leez any form of suffering. Feel free to add anything. This list is to be expanded over the course of the series. The general thought? Leez get's an addition to her harem with every thing added to the list.

 

 

Thanks to Mizura there is now structure in this. The first replies are still true. Everything previous was over-generalised and unstructured, so it was rightfully critisised. I am a lazy person and only suffer from "OCD" when I go into super-focused mode (e.g. while writing my infamous walls; which I still need to do for this current chapter), which was not the case here. And thanks again to Mizura, also for the many additions that weren't thought of in the first moments. I continue to be lazy, but don't take the credits for myself. In this context I have to mention that the first list wasn't completly my own either, the smallest part even. I am just the one who posted it here.

 

 

Self-inflicted or not caused by anyone in particular:
- Believing in Asha, repeatedly blaming and belittling herself, only to realize she was used
- Thinks much of what happened (her village dying, Atera being attacked) is her fault
- Nearly drowned herself trying to get Asha's bag back
- Jumping off cliffs
- Only has a few more years to live
- Regrets everything that could have happened had she reached out for more help

Leez's village:
- Her village being destroyed.
- Being called stupid by everyone...
- only to recall that it was her village that prevented her from attending school.
- Realizing that she'd been lied to, as her mother promised her that her name would make her the happiest girl in the world
- But she misses her family anyway
- Her father is dead
- He died trying to get back to her
- Her father is responsible for her current miserable situation, because he named her Kubera
- Yet since he's gone, she can't survive unless she blames herself. AND yet so many other people worship this father she never met (it must suck, really)
- She can't bring herself to meet Kaz and Haas anymore, because she can only burden them with a second death

Asha:
- Leez tried sooo hard to befriend her (belittling herself all the way in a casebook case of Stockholm's syndrome), but in exchange...
- Asha kept.belittling.her, even slapped her when she nearly drowned herself to try to get her bag back.
- Occasionally hurt her with spells (comedic at first)
- Then outright tried to kill her: (this counts as x3)

sword test
transport incident
- Made everyone else hide the fact that Yuta was a sura (then belittled Leez when she said that it'd have been nice if Asha told her...)
- Revealed that she had been using her all along
- Revealed that she had been killing Kuberas
- Told her that Saha dying is Leez's fault
- Told her that Yuta is on her side (and had Leez back her up too)
- Told her she killed Rao

Yuta:
- Left her in the dark.
- Got kidnapped several times, causing Leez's anxieties to flare.
- Uncontrollable hormones
- Ate her face. Several times.
- Left her.
- Sided with Asha.

Ran and the group in general:
- Everybody was leaving her in the dark, often arguing about her when she's Right There
- Ran hooking up with Rana, making it awkward to approach him

God Kubera:
- Revealed that he was the culprit
- I'm pretty sure she's connected 2 and 2 and realized she'd been stringed all along

Others:
- smashed against a wall by Taraka
- hoti yama by Claude
- got her face smashed in by Sagara
- body vaporized by Maruna
- everybody fine with sacrificing her to Yuta
- Mirha comparing her to Rao
- Agni outright told her that she'll be miserable later on. Thank you, Agni.

And Currygom says her sufferings are only starting? Wth? What's sort of sadistic story is this? D': I count 45 items right now. Anyone care to find 5 more to make it an even 50? >_>

Oh yeah, items.
- Had the Golden Knight stuck on her and it weakened her and such.
- To get it off, went all the way to Kalibloom, climbed a huge pillar and nearly fell to her death.
- The Sword of Re nullifies her regeneration.
- Tried so hard to get the Neutral Bow. At least she chose the outcome and was okay with it though.
- She's even lost her appetite. Coming from her, that's kind of a biggie.

O.o why is Asha listed so many times. Fix the way you're listing all this >.< Use color or dashes or something. 
Example: 

Being told she's the reason everyone in her village died~ Asha, verbally. (2-129)

Being viewed as Rao's daughter~ Mirha, written/indirectly. (2-134/2-135)

Being raised under the name Kubera, not being able to go to school or feel normal~ Anna, indirectly. (ep?)

 

There's a lot of indirect things someone has done that ended up hurting her which she kept bottling up making her suffer more.

If you're going to be lazy and leave Asha there because she's the main cause of Leez's suffering, well as you said we all know this and this thread would be pointless. Just putting "Asha" a few times doesn't work. I could argue that Ran did as much emotional damage as Asha did.

The sad thing is, my first impression was 'holy shit that's a long list you're exaggerating.'

Then when I went through it, I realized many things were missing. T_T

I have copied your structure to the start and given credit where credit is due. Thanks again for organising and adding to it. Can't imagine how long it took.

... how long? It took a the time to type it. These sorts of things are Faster if you organize them from the start. xD

 

(because it's easier to check for duplicates and to check if you've forgotten something)

 

Can you re-copy it (because I adjusted a few parts), add the part on items, and add the extra one on God Kubera kicking her by the way?

 

Anybody who feels like it can start making the list of Future sufferings:

- She already knows now that God Kubera is the culprit behind her village's destruction, but evidently he'll do something to make her hate him More.

- She's probably going to face more bother once the fact that she is Rao's daughter gets out (because she doesn't want people to think of her in relation to a guy she's never met and -wrecked her life-)

- She'll be fighting countless suras.

- She'll be fighting Yuta.

- She'll be fighting Ananta.

- She'll get a back full of scars.

- She'll find out that Yuta is Maruna's brother.

- She'll find out that Gandharva is one of those behind all this mess.

- She'll probably find out something about Kaz and Haas, since there's something fishy about Kaz at least.

- She'll probably never get a proper revenge against Asha, as she may never see her again.

- Whatever the case, her life will suck so much that she even stops caring about revenge.
