Not sure why nobody replied to this. I can only assume that since 10 is already lifetime that it gave you that error.
If you really want to donate more you can PM me and I'll try to find a workaround.

Alternatively, you can just send money via paypal to "[email protected]". This is actually the better way, as you can select "sending money to friends and family" and Paypal doesn't remove any of the donation.
