I'm truly intoxicate by this dorohedoro, unique setup, story, characters, with mature contents, it is not hentai but not afraid to add a more sense of realism to the setup. Can anyone introduce more manga like this?

For example I think this is somewhat similar to bokko manga

Well, it's not exactly the same, but you might consider Nihei Tsutomu's manga. "Blame!" has my highest recommendation. It's very stark and has none of the humor and easygoing nature of Dorohedoro; that said, the environments are insanely detailed. The texturing is crazy. "Knights of Sidonia" wasn't entirely to my taste, but it's good if you wanna skim something fun and weird.

In fact, I seem to remember hearing that Q Hayashida used to intern for Tsutomu...

I never liked manga, everything changed when I read bokko, after reading entire series in 4 days, I searched for other manga, so far I liked these (from least interesting to most interesting):

dorohedoro (plain crazy settings, serious mood despite humor)

one punch man from ONE (very different drawing style, humorous)

mob psycho 100 (another one from ONE, humorous and very very funny sometimes, kind of deep story, great story telling)

blade of immortal (intense texturing/drawing, deep story/characters, serious mood)

bokko (very serious business, sometimes you forget if it is real history or imaginary, very genius story)

I only want distinct drawing styles, manga that looks like other manga does not satisfy me at this stage.

That Blame! I checked it out and it was interesting, can you suggest more?

Well, basically anything by Tsutomu. Biomega, NOiSE, Abara... You can find most of his stuff on Batoto. I'm not a big connoisseur of drawing styles, so it's kinda hard to recommend more. XD

(That said, you should look up Molester Man. It's my favorite manga without question. It's got a pretty rough art style, but the story makes up for it. See if you like it.)

No Guns Life is rather similar visually, though the plot itself seems way simpler and more idealistic, but It shows some promise. The setting is very cyberpunk

Also, another one I'm enjoying and seems to have many things going on (though so far not to Dorohedoro's insanity level) is Dimension W, seems to be going for a more serious and realistic view han NGL, this one is firmly post-cyberpunk and seems to have traces of cosmic horror.

Try the other manga by this same author, its pretty decent, completed.
Try other manga that was scanlated by Gantz_waitingroom group, like 'desert punk' and 'I am a hero', their taste is quite solid, as in 'gore' and 'dark'.
Fallen Syndicate was just picking this up, their taste is not that solid, but you can look at their manga if you want.

From Dorohedoro. Gore/Crazy story/Comedy/distinct draw style
I recommend
1. Needless, it's ecchi though, fully translated you can find on internet. Gore/crazy/scifi/ecchi/comedy.
2. Keyman, on going. Gore/Crazy/distinct draw style.
3. GUNNM, part 1&2 completed, part 3 on going. Gore/Crazy/distinct draw style

There are others to recommend but either they were dropped, not in english, or Im too lazy to remember now. There are series like Zetman, Gantz,... seem relevant... Im not recommend them, I only recommend series I like. Thanks for Blame suggestion, I overlooked it before but its quite readable.

I recommend more stuffs I like with 'crazy' setting here as I remember them:
Completed: Bio Meat, Ryu no Michi, No.6, Akumetsu, Sakuratetsu...
Not completed: Jigoku no alice, ...

Some of Hayashida's other works have been scanlated so that might be worth checking out. I'd also recommend the works of Nihei Tsutomu (like everyone else), Matsumoto Jiro, Tsutsui Tetsuya, Abe Youichi and Takahashi Tsutomu. For individual series Soil and Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service are good, although the latter is hard to find in manga form.

  • LocationTake a guess

Oyasumi Punpun for depressing shit.

Anything by Douman Seiman for mature stuff. His art is very different as well.

Anything by Nihei Tsutomu. It's just good, no reason not to.

I Am A Hero. Just to make you feel bad about yourself.

Keep scrolling, nothing here

I think Jojolion works. Another very weird amnesia mystery identity story.

  • LocationOccasionally All Over, Frequently in the Midwest

And no one mentions Berserk!?!

Mature plotline

Gripping story

Very well-developed characters (Griffith has to be one of the most-hated characters in fiction)

Art is good but doesn't reach its full character until 3rd or 4th volume, then it's magnificent

Dark high fantasy setting, but if you liked Blade of the Immortal, you'll like Berserk

Edit: Also, Battle Angel Alita

Good art, high detail

Not story-telling to the level of Berserk but it's interesting

Post-apocalyptic sci-fi

oyasumi punpun, berserk, vagabond, the JJBA series.
and i haven't read these ones (yet), but they have unique art-styles: ping pong, slam dunk, prison school, innocent, and golden kamuy.
