Saw the Psychological and Supernatural tags...

 

Wicked stepmother seems like she killed the father or pushed him from the stairs and made it look like an accident.

 

Wicked stepmother seems like she killed the lawyer and stuffed him/her in the bag. May be related to the last will and testament. Which is  a bit strange that it was discussed several years after the father died. It may be related to Ayeshah partly acquiring some inheritance or being the main recipient of the inheritance which she can obtain only when she comes of age...

 

Oh... and either Ayesha's dead... or she's a witch or she has a fairy godmother watching over her...

Fufufu~ From chapter 5, seems like wicked stepmother actually threw the lawyer's body in a body of water... a lake or river most likely.
