So, I read the rules on the part about Scanlator's policy of uploading chapters or release of chapters.

If I'm right on this, then the chapters for Akatsuki no Yona Chapter 106-108 should not be posted then. Yes, it's only missing pages translation of pages. But on Titania site, it said to not re-upload or scanlate the missing pages as a scanlation. The project is technically still theirs and they scanlated what's there is to since they usually don't do Licensed Manga. But other than that, doesn't that makes the group that uploaded the missing pages going against the rules and guidelines of batoto?

Titania is upset atm on whoever the reader is going against their policy and has kindly asked the readers to stop about 3 to 4 times. And it seems it's not going too well, so if it's possible, could you take it down? Titania facebook can show you the information I've given isn't false.

So you're saying that "Five Twenty Five Cans" took the translation and/or page raws from Titania and it's not their own/fully independent scanlation, yes?

well, yes. Because although Titania did release it to read it, but it was not meant to be scanlated of the raw pages that was left to be untranslated.
