Hey guys. I have been reading this chinese web novel called " god and devil world". This novel is basically chinese fallout with elements of gamer and lots of zombies.

The mc was in his university dorm when a voice in his head said something like "humans suck, thats why i end the world but if you become strong you can survive" everyone heard that voice in their heads and everyone was given a "beginner staff" the beginner staff was a system wapeon, and when people use system wapeons to kill the many various types of zombies, they gain experience points and the zombies drop system coins or demon coins (cant remember) and can also drop skillbooks or treasure chests. Well the mc got lucky and the first zombie he killed gave him a skillbook with the rank 3 (and if i remember correctly, no one ever dropped a rank 3 skill book afterwards from a normal noob zombie ever again) and that skillbook was "summon powerfull skeleton to fight on your side" the skeleton became his strongest ally (and no he couldnt unsommon it, it looks like if it dies, it dies. it can also gain exp and stuff so its pretty much a companion) 
throughout the novel the MC gets stronger and builds a community. later on he turns into a rather big figure and does things pretty much millitary like, he ends up turning into something akin to a general/dictator.

the novel has around 1700 chapters atm and is ongoing, translated chapters so far 192.

now heres the thing. untill around 12 days ago updates were coming once or twice a day, (chinese translators seem to be the fastest after all) but since 12 days there was no life sign from the translator. ans since he has to moderate the comments and approve of them you cant even read the comments of the other readers. in the last chapter he released, he said that they were moving into a bigger apartment, but since it was already underway it would at most take around 1-2 days.


now the purpose of this thread is to 

a) introduce this novel to anyone that didnt know about it yet. 

discuss anything related to this novel 

c) find out if anyone knows something about why the translator went awol and whether someone else is going to pick it up or not. 

I was almost sure that there would be a thread about this one here but i couldnt find anything so i made one. If there is already a thread im sorry and you can close this one, if not - but this is in the wrong section (which i kinda doubt) please move it.

Someone picked it up a while ago and at the moment its translated up to chapter 281.
