I was reading the few new chapters today and came to the moment when ChildEmp was checking everyone out with his power measure mask device.

Didn't notice it before in the ONE version but Murata's caught my eye.

But the same thing is being said about both Saitama and King. It's understandable for Saitama of course, with King we'd automatically assume he's weak as well. Yet -

The running joke (possible theory) is that Zenko is Blast. She was fast enough to get between Garou and Metal Bat between exchanges. She was also strong enough to knock out Metal Bat with one hit (might have been luck/unguarded around sister). She has too many extracurricular activities to attend hero events as indicated by Metal Bat which fits with Blast's lack of attendance.

Regarding the OP, King's Ultimate Hellfire Wavemotion Cannon is a bluff. It does nothing. King is super weak.

Sicchi could be super strong or super weak. We have no way of really knowing for sure; however, we do know that he was extremely scared when he first saw Garou annihilating heroes and criminals during the event. He did not appear to be acting. I am leaning towards super weak.

@ Black Abyss: You seem to have missed something when you were reading that chapter. The Blast Attack that King made was all in his imagination, based on an idea that Child Emperor mentioned, which was Child Emperor's concept of what was the real cause of King's, supposed, power. King isn't actually powerful, he's just lucky (and good a video games). Either he comes across small fries who immediately surrender, or Saitama fights and kills them. That said, he has been useful in the story... as a distraction.

I'm of the opinion that Saitama is Blast. according to the latest chapter (85) "everything about him is kept secret, save for his hero name" and that "he will only perform heroism of his own free will" that he "hates the limelight, and thus refused to publish his identity and background in the hero directory". His "hatred of the limelight" makes sense given that Saitama didn't even know the Hero Association existed let alone rankings. It'll be funny if, in those early days before the association was formed that he did get credit for being ungodly strong but now, during the series, no one recognizes him (because he went bald) and so re-ranked him unknowingly. He risers up through the ranks but actually already holds first place. If it seems that the timeline doesn't match up it can be waved away through making montage. That basically Saitama thinks he's younger than he actually is but time just went on like usual without him while he was training. Long periods of silence while Saitama was training could also explain Blast's reputation of aloofness.

As for him "refusing" while not even knowing the hero association exists, I think someone went up to him and Saitama being Saitama assumed they were just a random fan and went "no I won't reveal my secret identity" without thinking much of it.
