I updated my character alongside some information about his avatar.

Do note that Spirit Avatars are an extension of yourself, so you won't be speaking with them in anyway. Their form reflects your spirit, and they are not a separate entity.

 

Yours is pretty supportive, so I guess your character is compassionate at heart.

 

How does the Spirit Avatar fight anyways? I don't see mention of a weapon or use of magical energies. I mean I see the unique skills it has available that have cooldowns, but all Spirit Avatars should be capable of fighting some way, like, many of them manifest with a lance or a sword, and some even use something like magic.

 

And imno, lemme know when your character is ready for checking.

Personality: Serin is the type of person who speaks with action. She barely talks if at all outside of briefings. She's comparatively talkative among close friends, though.

 

Avatar: Penumbra - Serin's Spirit Avatar that takes the form of a massive black dragon, that stands at 8 m tall from feet to shoulders, and close to 15 m long from snout to tail.

Primary Style: Swordmanship - Serin's swordmanship is simple and effective. Using her gigantic daggers, she tears through flesh and armor alike with the ferocity and speed of a gale. Blows are heavy and fast, though her weapon of choice, while ideal for combating armored enemies, may leave the reach wanting at times.

Secondary Style: Avatar Partial Release - Serin is able to manifest a part of her Spirit Avatar to aid her in combat, such as protective scales and/or giant limbs for extra power and reach.

 

Skills: Stealth, acrobatics, hand-to-hand combat, and to a certain degree - Ki Mastery.

 

Equipment:

+ Phobos & Deimos - A pair of daggers up-scaled to the size of a bastard sword. The blades are thick, heavy, and durable. Without sufficient strength, they are practically useless.

+ Coat of Iseult - Enchanted coat that is as light as feathers, yet stronger than most metal. Also offers great protection against cold and fire.

 

Techniques:

+ Swordplay & Ki:

- Fervor: Unlike more experienced Ki users, Serin's capability of mustering Ki is only proportional to how absorbed she is to a fight. The more damage she deals/takes, the more Ki she would have. This Ki buildup increases her strength, speed, and regeneration. It can also be expended for other uses.

- Reaper's Blade: Serin releases razor-sharp Ki waves from Phobos and Deimos to cut enemies from afar. Depending on the amount if Ki used, the size and traveling distance of the Ki waves could vary.

- Shadow Step: Serin focuses her Ki on her feet and executes a high-speed dash which may or may not be followed by a slash or two from Phobos and Deimos. People who worked with her claimed that she moves faster than her shadow could follow when using this move, hence the name.

+ Penumbra's Manifestation:

- Dragon's Roar: A loud, powerful roar capable of extinguishing foes' fighting spirit just by hearing it. It can easily stun anyone who hears it.

- Dragon's Swipe: Self explanatory. Could also work with the tail, but Serin usually prefers Penumbra's clawed arm instead.

- Dragon's Scales: For a short time, Serin could manifest Penumbra's scales to act as a shield. In addition to being very tough, these scales are also magic-resistant.

- Dragon's Wings: Self explanatory. Though since the wings are conspicuously large, Serin usually only uses it during the night, where Penumbra's black scales could easily blend with the dark sky.

- Prominence: Penumbra's wide-ranged fire breath attack.

- Eclipse: Serin fully manifests Penumbra, the black dragon. Protected by nigh-impenetrable scales, monstrous strength, and devastating breath of flame, Penumbra is a force comparable to natural disasters. The flap of its wings alone is said to be able to blow armed cavalries away.

 

Combat Style:

Serin favours close-quarter combat. Her combat style usually involves her slipping into enemy ranks (be it by stealth or pure, sheer speed), and wreak havoc from inside out. She is especially effective in large-scale battles, and while she may have some troubles fighting individuals who are more skilled than her, her Penumbra Manifestation are usually enough to throw such opponents off long enough for her to either flee or finish them off.

I could remember neither the faces or the names of my parents. Nor could I remember the scenery of my hometown. Or the voice of the 'God' whom I am supposed to offer my servitude to. If you ask me of what I can remember from Frinia, the answer would be these two things: the thick chains that bounded me to my dark dungeon, and the strong smell of blood that drenched the battlefield upon which I am unleashed.

 

You may call me a Frinian Knight if you want to. It was correct, to a certain degree. Except for the fact that I am the terrible dragon the knights sought to kill instead, that is. Ironic, isn't it? I was scouted into the knighthood thanks to some of their 'wise men' sensing that I have the potential to be a Spirit Avatar user. I was trained night and day to nurture my innate talent, and once I did, they locked me down.

 

They were expecting a knight in silver armor, adorned by the light and grace of Roland, the God of Knights. What greeted them instead, was a beast with scales as dark as the night, face as terrible as the demons, and flames of all hell burning menacingly from beneath its hollow eyes and mouth. I was quickly subdued, bound, gagged, and thrown into a dungeon underneath the knights' temple. I was pretty sure they're planning to kill me immediately, but it seemed that a Spirit Avatar, no matter how far it is from the image of Roland, would be too precious to be disposed of.

 

So there I am, bound and locked in darkness, unable to move, see, or even breathe properly, waiting for my fate to be decided. Whenever I tried to break free, I could feel the cold steel of swords quickly placed upon my throat. They muttered about how they should have executed me when they still have the chance to and whatnot. The hatred was mutual, so it seems.

 

Three days later, my fate was decided. I was officially dead to the country, and was treated more like a property than a human from then on. My training continues, with the only difference being the multiple mind-controlling spells placed upon me to stop me from going ballistic on them. It was as if somebody else was using my body however they please while I was relegated to the seat of a spectator. When not under training, I was kept in the dungeons, bound like a dog. Whenever they see fit, they would unleash me to the battlefield to do their dirty work, long enough before the spells come undone.

 

Except for one occasion.

 

I did not know the details, nor did I care about it either, but it goes something like this: Frinia was attacked by a nation-independent organization under the name of Iconoclast. The assailants were so overwhelming that they needed to release me without proper charms and spells. As a result, the mind-control went undone prematurely, and for the first time in forever, I could feel with my body again. The sensation was so overwhelming that I could only stand dumbfounded in the middle of the battlefield, watching as the Iconoclasts tear through the knights' ranks and send them scattering with the winds.

 

"What is a black canary like you doing in this place?" a man who seemed to be the leader of the Iconoclasts asked me.

"... I don't know," I replied.

 

"Then come with me," he said as he offered his hand to me.

 

And so I did. I joined the man, Yoshirou, and in extension, the Iconoclasts that he leads.

Biggest known Avatar is the size of a small castle. If you want to make one, there is a limit on playable Avatars that size, and that is 1, because other than the player, there is one other user that has one that large. For reference... That's pretty big.

 

Animalistic Avatars are also not out of the question like your dragon, but most of them manifest in a human form, because that is what most warriors identify their fighting or inner spirit with.

Using the full strength of the Prosthetic Right Arm for a millisecond one could throw-nay, flick a pebble like shooting a riffle, minus the accuracy of course.

Stays behind Eve and give any support available.
 
Backstory:
a Genius Kid raised at an orphanage until he was 10 years old, when he already finished getting all 3 PHDs in Medical, Biotech and Engineering, all through scholarship that was funded by the alumni of the said orphanage. He was then work at the Loraine Military Research Facility, working on new heights of Magidroid Technology.
 
After making several Breakthrough, he was anointed the head of the facility at the age of 12 and leading a group of scientist on a new type of Magidroid, a Genocidal Magidroid.
 
It takes a decade of trials and errors until they finally manage their first working prototype, and another year for them launch it for practical test. It was at one of the hidden testing ground near the research facility. That was when the incident happened.
 
The Prototype Adam-01 was being hacked by an unknown party and break loose during the test, killing all trainees on sight. It was like a hell on earth, and it didn't stop at the testing ground. the prototype was equipped with Live-sensor making it able to track down any living object at radius of 10 mile, it was a genocidal magidroid, and it saw the research facility as it's next target.
 
Screams and shouts follow the wake of the rampaging Magidroid, and hiding behind the last door inside the facility, grasping the last straw they had, was Gerard and his team rushing the development of the second faulty prototype, Eve-01.
 
To this date, the destruction of the research facility was never been made public and the person responsible for the incident was never caught. in the report it was written as a gas leak that destroyed said facility,the first prototype was utterly destroyed, the second stolen and Gerard was pronounced dead. The irony is the prototype passed the test with flying colors, but with the lab destroyed and the data all gone, they will have to start over from the scratch. 
 
Several years later there's a rumor of a blood-red caped doctor who was accompanied with a female magidroid roaming through the war zones treating people regardless of their affiliations.

Eve-01, the 'faulty' second prototype was designated to be destroyed and reconstructed a day after the Field test. Having a partial personality of Doc's Lab assistant, Avery Grey, Eve developed the most advance AI that any Magidroid ever had.

 

Her Carefree and Childlike personality was none other that Avery's, and every time Doc saw her, there's a glimpse of pain shown on his face. Eve didn't know why, and when she asked, the Doc always smile wryly and pat her head gently.

 

She didn't know why she was created, nor why she do what she do, but she always do what the Doc tell her to do and follow him wherever he goes, needles to know why. Maybe because she trust Doc very much, or maybe it was one of Avery's Personality that she inherited, no one knows, even Doc.

Do note that Magidroids are not normally that strong, like droid troops in Star Wars, but less fodder-y like Terminators, so the Genocidal one would be the one they pour loads of project money into to make even a single one. I would expect that one to have strength, power, and skills on the level of X or Zero from the Megaman franchise.

Shot Rex Gauntlet may need to be toned down just a little. Twice the speed of a bullet is pretty insane for a rocket punch. I wonder why you don't have things like thrusters for dashing equipped to her though. Considering she is largely melee for combat, something like that would be incredibly useful, not to mention the Doc can hitch a ride too, and it'd be handy for getting around quickly.

Using her hair as a sword, splitting anything around her in two.

 

Combination Techniques:

Analgesic ray:

Eve provide analgesic for Doc to create a healing beam that buff the defense and nullified pain

Adrenaline Junkie:

Eve and Doc gave a shot of special adrenaline concoction to whoever need an extra strength boost.

Meth dust:

Eve and Doc create a smoke bomb that gives hypersensitivity and increase agility for a certain amount of time.

That's looking better. I would expect to see you used to capture key systems and take them over, like security or controls.

We're not really counting it. Say you have by default, 10 magically crafted arrows, and 20 pre-enchanted arrows per battle, you basically replenish those back to those numbers in each new battle. The period between each battle in this RP is like, a week or two depending, so you'll have more than enough time to replenish them.

 

Ah, I knew it didn't matter but I just wanted to make sure just in case.

+ Coat of Iseult - Enchanted coat that is as light as feathers, and strong as metal. Also offers great protection against cold and fire.

 

Techniques:

+ Swordplay & Ki:

- Fervor: Unlike more experienced Ki users, Serin's capability of mustering Ki is only proportional to how absorbed she is to a fight. The more damage she deals/takes, the more Ki she would have. This Ki buildup increases her strength, speed, and regeneration. It can also be expended for other uses.

- Reaper's Blade: Serin releases razor-sharp Ki waves from Phobos and Deimos to cut enemies from afar. Depending on the amount if Ki used, the size and traveling distance of the Ki waves could vary.

- Shadow Step: Serin focuses her Ki on her feet and executes a high-speed dash which may or may not be followed by a slash or two from Phobos and Deimos. People who worked with her claimed that she moves faster than her shadow could follow when using this move, hence the name.

+ Penumbra's Manifestation:

- Dragon's Roar: A loud, powerful roar capable of extinguishing foes' fighting spirit just by hearing it. It can easily stun anyone who hears it.

- Dragon's Swipe: Self explanatory. Could also work with the tail, but Serin usually prefers Penumbra's clawed arm instead.

- Dragon's Scales: For a short time, Serin could manifest Penumbra's scales to act as a shield. In addition to being very tough, these scales are also magic-resistant.

- Dragon's Wings: Self explanatory. Though since the wings are conspicuously large, Serin usually only uses it during the night, where Penumbra's black scales could easily blend with the dark sky.

- Prominence: Penumbra's wide-ranged fire breath attack.

 

Combat Style:

Serin favours close-quarter combat. Her combat style usually involves her slipping into enemy ranks (be it by stealth or pure, sheer speed), and wreak havoc from inside out. She is especially effective in large-scale battles, and while she may have some troubles fighting individuals who are more skilled than her, her Penumbra Manifestation are usually enough to throw such opponents off long enough for her to either flee or finish them off.

 

Backstory:

I could remember neither the faces or the names of my parents. Nor could I remember the scenery of my hometown. Or the voice of the 'God' whom I am supposed to offer my servitude to. If you ask me of what I can remember from Frinia, the answer would be these two things: the thick chains that bounded me to my dark dungeon, and the strong smell of blood that drenched the battlefield upon which I am unleashed.

 

You may call me a Frinian Knight if you want to. It was correct, to a certain degree. Except for the fact that I am the terrible dragon the knights sought to kill instead, that is. Ironic, isn't it? I was scouted into the knighthood thanks to some of their 'wise men' sensing that I have the potential to be a Spirit Avatar user. I was trained night and day to nurture my innate talent, and once I did, they locked me down.

 

They were expecting a knight in silver armor, adorned by the light and grace of Roland, the God of Knights. What greeted them instead, was a beast with scales as dark as the night, face as terrible as the demons, and flames of all hell burning menacingly from beneath its hollow eyes and mouth. I was quickly subdued, bound, gagged, and thrown into a dungeon underneath the knights' temple. I was pretty sure they're planning to kill me immediately, but it seemed that a Spirit Avatar, no matter how far it is from the image of Roland, would be too precious to be disposed of.

 

So there I am, bound and locked in darkness, unable to move, see, or even breathe properly, waiting for my fate to be decided. Whenever I tried to break free, I could feel the cold steel of swords quickly placed upon my throat. They muttered about how they should have executed me when they still have the chance to and whatnot. The hatred was mutual, so it seems.

 

Three days later, my fate was decided. I was officially dead to the country, and was treated more like a property than a human from then on. My training continues, with the only difference being the multiple mind-controlling spells placed upon me to stop me from going ballistic on them. It was as if somebody else was using my body however they please while I was relegated to the seat of a spectator. When not under training, I was kept in the dungeons, bound like a dog. Whenever they see fit, they would unleash me to the battlefield to do their dirty work, long enough before the spells come undone.

 

Except for one occasion.

 

I did not know the details, nor did I care about it either, but it goes something like this: Frinia was attacked by a nation-independent organization under the name of Iconoclast. The assailants were so overwhelming that they needed to release me without proper charms and spells. As a result, the mind-control went undone prematurely, and for the first time in forever, I could feel with my body again. The sensation was so overwhelming that I could only stand dumbfounded in the middle of the battlefield, watching as the Iconoclasts tear through the knights' ranks and send them scattering with the winds.

 

"What is a black canary like you doing in this place?" a man who seemed to be the leader of the Iconoclasts asked me.

"... I don't know," I replied.

 

"Then come with me," he said as he offered his hand to me.

 

And so I did. I joined the man, Yoshirou, and in extension, the Iconoclasts that he leads.

You should add like, a skill where you fully summon the dragon though, like a big super move. Other than that, you can add it to the Character Section.

 

Do note however, that the very first act of the RP will be the battle against Frinia, they're weakened, we get to display our strength with ease, while Frinia still gets to shine a little. Their supreme commander is pretty badass.

 

 

And yeah, but in an age of magic and other forms of tech that have the ordinance and strength to take down combat robots, you'll need huge coordinated numbers of them.
