Actually, it's not the group's fault, it's just there is no raw available.
The last raw available on internet, is the chapter 9, which is more like a chapter 8.5.
Maybe the author had a trouble with something about this manga, and published this chapter 'cause needed to publish something, even the chapter title is "another break".
So i don't think is dropped, is more like an Hiatus state.
Inb4, sorry for my bad english, I'm a little bit lazy, so I didn't want to check the grammar :v
