hey!! im trying to find a yaoi manga and i forgot the name

its about a guy who travels and visits a friends coffee shop after a whole year, and the owner of the coffee shop gives this traveller coffee with cute designs on it like clovers and love hearts. the owner also displays the photos the traveller takes around his coffee shop

im dying here i seriously need to find it
