Just received the infamous adlfw redirect when trying to watch http://vatoto.com/read/_/245021/gokukoku-no-brynhildr_ch59_by_no-group about 4 times in a row, then the redirect stopped, then I got redirected to this site:

My guess is that adlfw is simply a bug. Whoever coded it wanted to redirect us to some ad site like the one mentioned above, but screwed up with the javascript, which is what produced that adlfw page.
Do you guys think it's possible to auto-block Flash ads and Javascript ads? That would definitely put a stop to those annoying ads once and for all.

I cant seem to find the ad and i forgot to screenshot it but the last page i got it on was http://vatoto.com/read/_/18865/eyeshield-21_ch272_by_franky-house/12 and it was trying to make me download update.exe. Been getting this the last few days figured it was time i mentioned it i will update with more info if it happens again.

It's the adlfw bug. No choice but to use an adblocker when those go out of control.
I've reactivate mine (once again). If I can't even use the site without it, what else can I possibly do?

After I logged in started to read manga (Watashi ni XX Shinasai, as you will notice from the screenshot here http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=2mg8s3a&s=8#.U3uf1ShAdMg ) Avast started to show pop-ups of blocked sites/adverts upon load of each page.
