If so, then something like Enryuu. Instead he's able to provide sentience to shinsoo. I know it is way OP but it will explain the nick on Urek and Hwa's eye.

That's not really even a crazy theory at this point. Baam (with a little help from the Thorn) already consciously did this when he destroyed Angel's Metalfish back in Train City.

Maybe he already can. Maybe he could from the start. Maybe Rachel was created by him from shinsoo out of loneliness in that cave..

As for specific representation I'd like to see some kind of long range shinsoo barrage with 9000+ beams and stuff.

Never is a long time. It might not (and more than likely won't) be completed in this arc, but I would imagine SIU will come back to this later in the story when Baam is undergoing some or other crisis of faith and/or needs another major power boost.

I think that he will be able to become like a guardian. He will govern the whole shinsoo around himself and it will serve him by its own will. Just like shinsoo attacked Hwa Ryun and Urek. It moved on its own
