Hello. I am trying to find a manga that i read here awhile back. The settings is in a fantasy world with dungeons and adventurers. The main character wakes up in the middle of a dungeon as a bodyless spirit who can take over monsterrs bodies. He ocasionally finds and helps adventuers stuck in the dungeon and then escapes the dungeon finally after getting help. I do believe it is a based of a light novel as well.
