We've been having an issue with an ex-group member posting chapters he should not be posting, so we need to restrict who can upload chapters for our groups(Monster Musume is a sub-group of FwPA).

As a result, only FYL, AnonBlack, Tarage, Raukcaran, and KidCongo are allowed to upload chapters from our group. Anyone else should be blocked from doing so.
