Is the difference between the two just that Tsurezure is serialized and the 4-koma isn't? Or more like how much of the 4koma is in the serialization?

yeah the other one is official kind of like one punch man except the original did not have bad art it has more chapters though as of now

I just saw this, however...
why does Tsurezure Children have mass missing chapters? or is that on purpose?
IE:
v.3 ch40 Trap is ch35 of 4-koma collection.
then it jumps to v.3 ch44 Mushy Talk... which seemly doesn't seem to be in the 4-koma collection
but it goes to v.3 ch45 Fever... which is ch.36 of 4-koma collection..
What's up with that? There seems to be extra chapters that isn't in the "original" 4-koma collection...
Also, other "missing" chapters in Tsurezure Children...
ch 21~25, ch 27~31, ch 33~35, ch 37~38, ch 50~51 is missing,
