The first Hyperdimension Neptunia that was made for the PS3. The combat was overhauled, the load times were shortened, and the graphics were improved when it was remade into the first part of the Rebirth trilogy. However, playing the original version on the PS3 with the turn based, traditional JRPG styled combat, was what made it fun for me.
Skyrim is also a flawed game (buggy more like), but that's easily remedied by mods. To date, I consider it one of the most beautiful games out there, especially with the correct mods installed.

Pretty much anything called Armored Core. It's been criticized as being inaccessible to newbies and having clunky controls.
But I just love it. It's the learning curve of Armored Core that has the most appeal for anyone willing to climb it. You can see such a profound difference between someone who specs their mech for each mission and someone who makes any build work in any situation, and yet to a casual onlooker, both of them are so far beyond good that it's intimidating to even try playing with them.
I really believe that AC is among the more nuanced games compared to an AAA title.

As a fan of the old Fallout series (been playing it since the first game back in 1997) I cannot help but be saddened by how Bethesda has chosen to write their stories and additions to the Fallout lore. Yes that means I also hated the story and lore of Fallout 3 where the Brotherhood of Steel had their worst writing ever and the Enclave was ended and rewritten in such an anti-climactic fashion... Don't get me started on the PC's father as well. Fallout New Vegas was a return to form but not without its faults but over all a much better Fallout RPG game than both 3 and 4. So I simply enjoy Fallout 4 for its really great gameplay value because of its game mechanics, as an adventure game rather than RPG; I treat it as Just Cause: Wasteland. Ofcourse everything I have written here is pretty much my own opinion on this game and the Fallout series. I know this game has a lot of people that enjoy the story as well. To them I simply say the story on this one is simply just not my thing.

God hand is the only one that I can think of. Still got it on my ps3, it got wonky controls, but that's probably one of its charms.

Hokuto Musou/Fist of the North Star: Ken's Rage
Like most other Musou/Warriors games, it gets incredibly repetitive once you've completed the story mode and start playing the regular game mode, when it becomes an endless stream of running around and capturing bases until you get to a boss battle (most of which are repetitive as well), and mowing through the nondescript baddies is a lot more tedious than it has any right being, where you basically have to use your special moves just to get on with it. Unless you play as Raoh, of course, who completely breaks the game when riding his horse.
I love it because despite those flaws, it's the one game I've played that really could make me feel like I am Kenshiro. Plus, as game-breaking as Raoh on his horse is, it's so much fun to ride around and trample mooks

Lost Dimension. It was too short, had cheesy narrative and lacks variety when it comes to combat but I enjoyed it a lot!

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: All Star Battle. Alot of the Characters feel similar to each other (most of them have a rapid punching move), it's only 30FPS for a fighting game, and the AI can be really stupid, but as a Jojo fan I cant help but enjoy it. The graphics look as if their right from the manga and every stage, special, taunt, heart heat and great heat move all reference parts of the manga even with the names of special moves. It's great for jojo fans but to someone who doesnt know the series I couldn't reccomend it.

Dustforce. The best precision platformer ever created that has a small dedicated player base.
WoW
even though WoD sucked, im kinda 5 years late to the party so everything is still rather new, and theres always something to do
and i just cant forgot about all the time i spend on it :/
I played wow before but it's too grindy and I didn't like the story at all. The characters were very uninteresting.
