Just wondering why mangacow's arn't allowed to be uploaded? They've been up for a while (well over a week) on the ones i tried to upload.

 

Especially when friendship scans are so far behind mangacow, and even further behind on the raws.

 

They also kept a crap ton just to mass release... but missed chapters 66 to 70 O.o

Mangacow competed with Batoto in uploading Tower of God which were like a week ahead of Batoto releases. Batoto doesn't let them upload and bans them for spamming their mangacow links in Tower of God comments so none of their other series are getting on Batoto. It was really dumb and now Batoto can't even have Tower of God because webtoons officially does it. So, mangacow should be allowed but maybe Batoto is still holding a grudge against the group.

It might be because Mangacow doesn't want it hosted here?  There are some groups that have their own online readers and so their releases aren't allowed on sites like Batoto.  Batoto is one of the few sites that will honor scanlator requests to remove and block uploads when contacted by the group.
