As there are so many females, and so spread out, that people are having difficulty keeping track, here's a handy list:

Mari - the mandatory big-breasted woman of the harem. She's not an intellectual or a scientist, but she is very resourceful, and she is the oil that keeps the gears of Eighth Labs running smoothly. She sees Naoya as a little brother and has no true romantic interest in him, but indicators suggest if they were the last two people on earth, the human race would not die out. In the dictionary, her picture is used for the word "tease (n)".

Celcia - the mandatory pure-hearted innocent girl of the harem. Utterly innocent and pure, she is the china doll trying to prove she won't break if shaken too hard. She has a special, God-given power, and I don't mean cooking (she IS Italian...). She has zero romantic interest in Naoya and if somehow they were to end up together, Naoya would still remain a virgin his entire life because it would take about 800 years before Celcia will work herself up to having sex with someone. Poor Luca.

Mira - the mandatory sadist of the harem. She's the chief of security at Eighth Labs. She personally trained Naoya and is the only other person to know him as well as Mari. She's very tough but completely fair and plays no favorites. She too has no interest in Naoya whatsoever. She's even more "all-business" than Mari. She will NOT joke around. You have been warned.

Hikaru - the mandatory tsundere pettanko of the harem. She likes Naoya but isn't comfortable showing it. She keeps the "Children's Room" clean, fun, and safe for everyone. Given the pacing of the series and the other characters, she likely won't overcome her "tsunderendipity" before Naoya gets involved with someone else at some point.

Dr. Angela - mandatory eccentric of the harem. A total vegetophile, we're not sure if she likes Naoya as a person or as a walking, talking tomato. I would laugh so hard if Naoya ever yelled "I AM GROOT!". But unless Naoya starts pollinating, there's not that much chance of actual romance starting.

Dr. Trinity - girl who's already come and gone. We don't know if this CDC underling will be back, though it is possible. What makes her special in this list is that she is the one whose personality is closest to Naoya's: capable but unconfident. She is not in the romance picture at all.

Dr. Rio - mandatory loli of the harem. A super-genius at 8 years old, she probably won't even reach middle school before the story is over, so no romance happening there. (Go read some other series, you pervert...) But she's too wrapped up in her research for romantic anything to even occur to her.

Valeria - secret corporate spy for a rival company. We know very little about her yet except that her bosses expect her to follow her directives ruthlessly. Probably Russian.

Sister Elda - Nun in the Vatican. Not a part of the harem but she's too cool not to mention.

Leila - has yet to make an appearance in scanlated chapters, but she's the girl on the covers of volume 12 and 13. She's... complicated. Very, very complicated. Leila debuts in chapter 45.
