The knife swung around the open doorway and directly towards The Man In The White Suit. His eyes were glowing fiercely, they seemed to be leaking an inky haze of apricot and vermilion colors. He continued to generate more unstable reality within his hands, the orb was now about the size of a beach ball and possessed electrical surges dancing across its spherical surface. The man next to him felt a broad knife pierce into his thigh with a shick and he began to swear in agony. He dropped his gun and fell to the floor, pulling the knife out of his leg.

"How the fuck?! OW SHIT."

"Caught myself a screamer, hmm?" she mused as she took note of her surroundings. There was a number of them on the floor with her and the guy whose hand she pierced was the lone one in-view on the stairwell. "Looks like they got away...." she feigning disappointment. With the way he acted it can be assumed he has some pull and might know why the others took off as fast as they did. While it personally didn't involve her, she was curious. Maybe it would lead to some bigger game and a bigger feast. She's sure that Vivi is having fun wherever she's at, so she can afford to have a little side-trip. But, first things first. She needed to get out of his line of sight, or at least put up of defense and do her thing.

Having said that, one thing might make that difficult. And that would be? One might ask. The answer? The man on the stairwells hand. Yes, his hand, the one she pierced. She found it hard to peel her eyes away from the blood that started to seep from it. A strong sensation started pulsating throughout her body and all thoughts of keeping him alive to see what he knows started fading from her mind. The only thing she wanted to do now was to cut them up and drain them dry and feed her hunger. Licking her lips, she quickly dropped her blood-made hunting knife, pressed her hands to the ground and, as more blood flowed out, a short blood-made wall was formed to get her out of sight from the guys rifle.

She needed to take out the goons first before she went after the guy in the stairwell, as well as have a little snack and recoup some blood. Thinking over her options, she pocketed her knife and used her blood to create a dozen throwing daggers. She decided her next course of action would be taking out the guy closest to her first. She could also use him as a meat shield from the bullets if need be. First, she'll need to throw the daggers in their line of fire to disturb their aim, so they wont hit a vital point, and buy her some time to get in close and pull out her knife and gut the bastard. Things needed to be timed juuuust right. After finding her moment, she took hold of the daggers, leaned out and fired. Show time.

There were tarps covering the mounted turrets on the all-terrain vehicles which the thieves drove casually and smoothly towards the paring garage entrance. A small detail of guards, as well as a quad-rotor drone that had possessed x-ray scanning technology were at the forefront to Varrion's paring pavilion for its privileged.

"You work for Varrion, and you're a distinguished distinguished. Even the private company they have cleaning the toilets. The janitors wear rings off the job. Entitled pricks." Sage remarked, readying the hacking device attached to his shades. It was a chunky, strawberry-sized device which fitting red lights and an antennae. The lens of the laser that the device used to pinpoint the chinks in a computer-device began to enlarge and contract as the calibration began.

Sage, seated on the passenger side seat of one of the vehicles, aimed his vision at the drone that was hovering among the traffic ahead of him. The small scout stopped in place for a moment as its x-ray technology was corrupted.

"With that pesky scout gone, we can approach the checkpoint without being suspected of possessing...well a shit ton of gyuuuuuuns." Sage trawled over the encrypted radio frequency the thieves were using.

Sage was satisfied that his personally crafted technology had worked, as indicated by his back and forth neck thrusts along with his up and down head nods. He turned to the driver, a woman codenamed Jupiter, who just stared at him with a hard glare behind her shades while her gloved hands held onto the steering wheel. Sage, noticing her indifference, stopped and returned to his serious demeanor.

"They're going to lock down the parking garage entrance with steel barricades that pop out from the floor and the ceiling near the mouth of the ramp. Sage, you handle that shit as I take care of security. We're not going to compromise our mission with a big boom and grand entrance. Sure we'll ruffle some feathers, but stay undetected until we get to the elevator. After that, we split up and do what we were assigned to do." Ash's stern voice spoke. He receded his window in the back of one of the vehicles and looked to his hands.

Within a second, Ash's hand had turned into a malleable cloud of fast, tiny, solid volcanic particles. He looked to his wrist, and it too transformed. Ash closed his eyes and reverted his hand back to its flesh and bone state. His super-human ability was to transform his body, individual or parts of it, into a swarm of volcanic particles that moved at speeds faster than the human eye and possessed the capability of shredding through almost anything. The traffic on the ramp leading to the garage was moving at a modest pace, and Sage snickered when the patrol drone scanned the vehicles and moved on, the guards remained unaware of the lethal weapons and power which the thieves were packing with them. The surprise was going to be perfect.

The thugs could not properly gun down the knives flying through the air towards them, so they ducked and hoped one would not hit. Unfortunately, one man holding a rifle was stabbed in the tricep, as the blade had gone through the bars of the staircases's railing. As for the others, they shuffled upwards to get a better angle at the blood wall, hoping to force the woman out by firing closer to her position behind the wall from their vantage point. A single man remained at the foot of the steps, yet he ran over to a small brick fence that blocked off the main path from the dirt, low trees, and bushy vegetation located to the side of the resort. From his position, he took aim but withheld his bullets.

Inside of the dining hall, the police began to radio in for reinforcements. They also started to progress towards the doorway, risking their lives as they took fire from the mafia thugs. The fire superiority was on the criminal side, yet the police packed more bullets and more precise aim. This opportunity also provided Vivi a chance to change cover. As for the Man In The White Suit, his bright orange eyes began to glow so brightly that they started to expunge gusts of air, which resulted in his forwards locks of hair to start whipping up past his forehead. The ball of unstable reality in his hands was around the same size it had been previously, but was still dangerous. It had enough capacity to implode an entire SUV. Still not enough to clear a room, but still lethal enough to severely cripple the police.

Carson waited for the thugs to inch closer to the bar. There were a total of five sweeping towards the Resort's main building. This bungalow-bar and relaxation area near the circular swimming pool was void of innocents, so the arena was primed for whatever mayhem might arise.

"Two of you should move up to the door. We'll lock this area down, the police can spot us from that balconies over there and you never know when those fuckers from the Capurza family will run in here. Ey yo Dony, get me a drink from the bar will you?"

At the festival just outside of The Rego, a small boy noticed the dirt beneath him rumbling and quaking. He was currently on the grass campus that served as a conduit between two major thoroughfares for foot-traffic to arrive at the grand steps leading to The Rego. There were multiple vendor stalls or game stalls, festival decorations, gargantuan event tents and inflatables, as well as plenty of lights in this wide region. The concrete plaza located within the of which The Rego was situated in was quite bare, it was more or less of a grand space used for people to enter or exit the main entrance doorways to the The Rego. As for the boy, when he realized that the soil and grass around his feet was beginning to expand into small hills and break apart, he started to worry. Everyone could feel the shaking now, some people thought an earthquake was currently rocking the area. In reality, it was something much smaller but just as dangerous.

"I am Spriggan, and you defile this land! The Rego shall be claimed by Nature once more!"

What appeared to a gargantuan woman rose out from the earth, her skin was pigmented a pale green, touched with a hue of gold. Her giant, shappely legs were clasped together, and entwined onto them were thick roots that grew out from the ground and ran up along her bare skin. There were flowers and dense patches of leaves covering her calves, knees, and pelvis. As for her bare upper body, it was armored by asymmetrical pieces of thick, black bark that possessed wavy lines of glowing green color pulsing through them. She was a giant, who was stuck up to her calves in a nest of gnarled, lengthy roots. She had spiraled out of the ground with her head covered over by a crown of tendrils and branches that fused with her scalp and snow-white, long hair in a fancy but fierce display. Her slender arms and mid-riff were also covered over by flowers and vines. On her bosom and throat were thorns that dug into her skin, dripping semi-transparent sap that drizzled out of her wet wounds with every eat of her enormous heart. The woman herself was good-looking, although she had been malformed by the hybridization of her natural physical features becoming fused with the strength of super-enhanced overgrowth. Her pupil-less eyes were drenched a beady black color, and she glared down to the horrified human beings below her, sneering with her filled out, dark-green lips.

Her fingers pointed out to the festival tents and stalls, and thick branches suddenly speared through from the earth into them, forcing those who were not killed or injured by the mass of tendril-like roots. This giant was hellbent of destroying everything around her.

"Let Nature heal the chaos I sow today, as it always has!"

Raulin Crucis/Acrux

The rumbling earth awoke Raulin from his sleep, he had passed out on the bench and in the warm sunlight of mid-day. The rude awakening very nearly caused him to roll right off the bench and onto the seemingly-rolling earth. Taking a few deep breaths to calm himself after jerking awake, Raulin looked around him at the concerned pedestrians, some panicking, others looking only slightly annoyed at what they likely thought was just a normal earthquake. Raulin thought about that, but it felt a little too weird for an earthquake. Thankfully the question of what was happening so politely answered itself in the form of a really grassy lady that was super upset about The Rego not being a bunch of trees for some reason. She announced her name as Spriggan and her intention to wreak havoc on the man-made surroundings in order to "return them to nature" or something like that.

First Impressions? Spriggan was bat-shit crazy. Second thoughts? I should probably get out of the festival grounds. The second thought came as the nearby stalls were impaled by earthen branches and roots, some unlucky citizens and stall owners were killed by the impact of the earthen spears, and some truly unfortunate few were impaled on the branches and roots but weren't killed by impact. They could only look upon their pierced body parts and scream in horror and agony as they bled out. The festival grounds had gone from a celebration into a bloodbath, and the maze-like structure of stalls only complicated the escape routes for those who weren't hit by Spriggan yet. Mothers screeched searching for their children and vice versa. If there was one thing that he could count as a blessing, Raulin counted the utter chaos caused by the crazy earth chick.

The situation was not good, and Raulin was fully aware of that. He needed to get the Acrux costume on so that he could fight Spriggan properly, and hopefully distract her at least until the real heroes come to save the day. Raulin pulled his shirt collar up and over his face, stopping just below his eyes. He knew what he was doing was dumb risky in the long term, but he needed to get out of this carnival. A soft orb of light split into two and attached itself to the bottom of his shoes, and Raulin ran towards the nearest wall of stalls and kicked off with all his might, jumping over the stalls and making a break for the nearest alleyway. Upon deciding that he was clear Raulin dove into his bag and threw on the guise of Acrux faster than he ever had before, the adrenaline pumping through his veins burned hot as he thought about the lives that would be lost as he sought to maintain his identity.

"I can't save them all, but I can at least save some of them..." Raulin mumbled to himself.

Acrux leapt over the stalls that Raulin had left from, but he didn't stop there. Using the orbs on the bottom of his feet to glide along the ground, Raulin moved into position where he could get an angle at Spriggan's head. When he found a spot on top of a stall that hadn't quite been destroyed yet he attacked. Acrux formed his second and third orbs into two spears of light and launched them at Spriggan's head.

"Hey Bark-Bitch! You interrupted the wrong fucking nap!" He shouted at the giant girl who could really use a weed-eater.

Spriggan's left eye closed just as Acrux's attacks collided against her hard skin, and a good amount of debris from her branch-hair as well as flecks from the soft roots at the sides of her eyes fell to the floor. The super-villain screamed and raised her clawed hands upwards, sending sharp towers of thorny stalks out from the earth. These flexible masts waved about in the air, and created a wall between herself and Acrux, yet this wall was also an offensive tool. It flapped back and forth, like wriggling tendrils, and attempted to smack into Acrux from his perch. She was immobile from her grounded position in the middle of this carnage, but her height and flexible spin, as well as her slender arms provided her a disastrous amount of reach should anyone come close. There was also the matter of her super-ability.

"A hero? Only the strongest survive, as Nature determines!"

While the twin spears of light had a fairly effective result, it had also announced Acrux's presence. The surprise attack, while it did seem to do some solid damage, wasn't enough to deal a critical blow. That slight mistake would make this fight significantly more difficult than it would've been if the spears had done more. Spriggan's thorny wall whipped about, lashing at Acrux as he struggled to avoid being knocked from the stall. After a few seconds of running about on the stalls, it became clear to Acrux that continuing to dodge the thorny whips was simply not something he could keep up forever and counter-attack. Acrux hopped off the stands and using the orbs on the bottoms of his shoes, slowed his descent into a glide while moving in a semi-circle to get an angle at Spriggan.

By the time Acrux had cleared the wall, he'd managed to regather the scattered light that formed the two spears and prepared to launch them at Spriggan as soon as he got an opening.
