I have noticed how, for the most part, the manga I follow is ordered by date, however there are some random manga that are out of sync. for example Beelzebub is before HSDK

for the most part it works, its just sometimes i dont spot updated manga unless i scroll through the full list. is this a know bug?

dont worry its not a bug

the follow list is ordered by date of new chapters , that you may or may havent read yet

that would simply mean that beelzebub had a new chapter added , after kenichi had a new chapter added ; the trick part is that includes older chapters , not the new ones only , if you scroll down a bit you will see several beelzebub chapters added 17 hours ago [A] , so they show up on the follows list only for the ordering of titles

that explains it, however its not that clear on how its displayed at the moment.

a suggestion that would be a bit easier to understand would be to sort by latest chapter, as thats whats displayed in the list, or dont have the latest chapter displayed but the last updated chapter instead.

sorting by something that isnt there is a bit difficult to grasp unless its explained ( thanks by the way ;-) )

the last read part was just leftover from the copy and paste.

I can only guess that updates happen that dont show the latest time/date on the manga page, which although i can understand it is frustrating

when you go here and see:

Latest: Vol.17 Ch.156: A Visitor!?(new) 2 days ago

first row shows you when and what you last read
second row shows you the latest chapter updated (latest as higher in number , not as time placed)

and the order at which you see them placed:
- kimi
- beelzebub
- kenichi

is showing you the last time the comics is updated , that includes other stuff beside new chapters , like new comments on the comics , something edited etc.

i understand what you said, and you clarified its as i posted that the list is sorted by date/time of updates that may not be aparant, apart from on the manga page giving the date and time of when it was last updated.

thats all fine and dandy, if thats how its meant to be, i just dont find it very user friendly.

i just expected if a list is sorted by 'last updated' then it would show the date/time of when it was last updated, not when the latest chapter was added.

how is it not user friendly , it provides you with information of when you last read it and what chapter and what was the latest updated chapter + it shows if the comic was updated with something else besides the last chapter
