It's an interesting setting and I've heard it gets even better. I really hope more translators join the translation effort so us leachers get the releases at a better pace lol.

I don't know how well it would for for this title, but if you've got the time, using multiple web translators (Bing, Google, Excite, Yahoo Japan, Nifty, et cetera) concurrently can give readable-ish translations, especially if you know the kana, basic grammar (I use Jishio to help there, since I really don't), and have an idea of what the dialogue should sound like.

 

It is by no means a true translation: all the nuances are gone, references are missing/incomprehensible, subtleties of tone and word choice are lost, et cetera,  but if you're super impatient, then...this might not be for you, because it can be a bit frustration.  Still, I've had luck with it so far with a couple other webnovels.
