I take it this is for chapter discussions? Ok so lets discuss the latest chapter. It confuses me. Why are they talking about that gangster battle? The last thing that happened, the thing that "did that to him" was the self proclaimed god, the old man who turned into a giant wolf/dog whatever.  Sure he got injured with the gangster battle too, but that was a few chapters ago and he healed up from that, slow on the uptake they are, and why are they skipping the church god incident?

Also, isn't the sea, that eye thing and not the MC himself? It was the eye item that took him over on the verge of death and absorbed those souls. But it is true he was compatible with the eye, which is apparently rare. And its hard to talk about who/what the sea is since they still haven't explained what the sea is.

To answer your question about what I think about the comic.

It's OK, I don't read/watch story according to the rules of cool. I do like the irreverence, yet not so much that the story becomes nonsense. And it seems like they are going to include some normal humans in on the secret stuff which is nice, always irritating when the story keeps a secret for no apparent reason. So it's hopefully not too stuck on tropes. I don't look forward to its releases like some comics but I do keep an eye on it and it does seem to be going well so far. Too early to judge completely.
