This retrans group is using my scans without my permission. I have contacted them, but they continued to ignore me.

Refering to Batoto's TOS where it is stated "The uploader (you) is solely responsible for their own submissions and the consequences of publishing the content. By submitting, you affirm that you own or have the necessary permission to use and publish the content. You will retain all of your ownership rights for all materials submitted to Batoto.", does this counts as violating the TOS since Mabushi Majo does not have the necessary permission?
