It's cool! Wahhaman clearly is an homage to Ogon Bat (黄金バット) the first japanese superhero created in the 1930.

Ogon Bat came from the ancient Atlantis and it's builded 10.0000 year ago in orichalcum the metal mentioned in the story of Atlantis.
They have a golden body with skull-shaped head and superhuman strength.
