I'm not sure how I didn't notice this before, but Doraemon has been licensed for English publication since November 22nd, 2013...

These are full color English translations, published by SHOGAKUKAN INC.

 

They haven't contacted us to tell us to stop scanlation of this series, but we will in any case.  We have quite a few chapters in the works, so we will get those released and then stop work on this project.
