Me: "Luck is such a laughable concept"

Granaseth,
The one who said that must knew the ultimate method to avoid being born in Pakistan as a female then. Hope he could enlighten us on that godlike method.
The young schoolers reported to be shot on world's news must have been crazy-son-of-bitches tricksters to meet that fate, that is without the concept of luck...

Did they arrive in Pakistan by invisible forces that caused a incredibly unlikely series of events, due to a guy touching them for 10 seconds or breaking a mirror or crossing a blackcats trail?

I suppose you think baseball players can improve their game by wearing dirty socks back from when they played well, too.

luck =power of existence

Sure, if they shriveled up and died.  But stuff happened to kill them, that couldn't happen unless something made it happen.

And people who got just a bit of luck stolen from them, its even more involved. Stuff happens to them that would require some force to decide what they like and dislike, and then arrange it accordingly.

Like, how does this luck "know" that he doesn't want to be touched by flames, how does it make that happen without intelligence and great supernatural powers? How could flames part ways for him "by chance"?  There isn't anything like luck, there isn't anything even like chance really. Everything you do, will happen if done in a certain way, even a dice roll has specific mechanisms of gravity, friction and inertia that make each roll certain in its outcome, if you only had the brain power  and knowledge to calculate it all.

Everything that happens to people with good luck or bad luck in this comic requires intelligence and a powerful supernatural hand to enforce that intelligence, to happen.

It's a comic. Luck, in fact is just rng / there is no luck, in real life.

This is a comic, and the author does his thing.
If he wants to call an apple a banana, he's free to do so.

Whether he calls it luck or magic, they're really both fine.

Why are you so determined to argue about this...? I like to analyze things too (which is what you seem to be doing), but if you're only reading a manga to complain about its core concept, then don't.
