The anime so far has been done amazingly well! The animation, music (though the music is a little too overpowering at some moments with important conversation), and characterization are all amazing. And it follows the manga really well! And Hak and Yona and the rest could not have been portrayed any better.

Will it continue? I do not seem to see it progressing that much. the Manga has gone quite so far and yet the anime is somewhat stuck

Well I'm not sure if the anime will continue but I know for a fact that there are some OVAs that came out.
