TG aside I also like Shingeki no Kyojin and Kuroshitsuji very much (as much as TG these 3 are my top fav).

Then there also is Ao no Exorcist, Until death do us part and Beelzebub.

Narita's novels too, Durarara and Baccano.

Finally there is Chihayafuru.

2. Revolutionary Girl Utena
3. Monster

and my other favorites--Mawaru Penguindrum, Cowboy Bebop, Wolf's Rain, Michiko and Hatchin, Akira, Paranoia Agent, Haibane Renmei, Serial Experiments Lain, Princess Tutu, Baccano!, Fullmetal Alchemist, Kino's Journey, Psycho Pass, and several Satoshi Kon and Ghibli films--are just in a big "also my favorites" pile, cuz I'm too lazy to decide how I'd rank them against each other.

 

(I don't actually read much manga...so I shall substitute it with a list of anime writers and directors I love:)
