Hey guys, the chapters seem to being coming out in a random order because different groups are releasing chapters. 

If you want to read good high quality scans that come out in order just follow twisted hel scans. They are currently at chapter 93. 

 

Edit: Chapter are out all the way up to 139 thanks to all the different groups scanlating. Latest chapter is 140!
