I designed a dress for a picture I'll be doing, but I haven't really decided which colors look best.

Difficult, there are multiple i really like..

Ill go with white shirt and pink dress/lightblue shirt with blue dress/grey shirt with pink dress

So it depends what you're trying to say with the dress.

I wanted to see if I could get a dress with that kind of collar to look passably elegant or normal. It's not really meant to give an impression of "strength". xD

Strength should always be dark colours. Or else the primary colours (though not yellow). Dark red an black is standard. If not gold, though it's not in the options. The faded colours are too wavery imo.Black red combo is often strong. Actually it's probably the strongest colours. Full red and full black might work though. Though I think the black outside and red inside or vice versa might work.

 

Woops don't mind that. Hmm tbh the pink and orange is slightly playful. If they were all slightly more pastel or lighter it could all be elegant. I think the blue and teal can work. Beige is not bad either. White and black works because it's the standard and easy on the eyes. Mmmh I guess most works. 

 

If I'd wear it I think I'd go with teal.
