5. If we are to pick up a project that's being worked by another group that group must not have released any chapter/s of that project in the last 6 months.

Suggestions:
 
Is there anything in our releases that you are displeased about? Or have a suggestion that you would like us to listen? If so then pelase follow these guidelines:
 
1. If it's the releases that you are displeased about please do tell us what it's that you are displeased about and give us suggestions how to improve it, such as pointing out mistakes and/or suggest/tion on how to improve it etc.
2. If it's suggestions then please motivate why we should do it that way.

3. The name of the topic must have [SUGGESTION] in it.
