Where can we read the oneshot? 

I saw picture for it on the wiki, and it looked pretty cool, but I couldn't really find it anywhere!

It's the original oneshot that was published in Miracle Jump before the series started. There are a number of differences in the story; for example, Touka's personality is like Rize's and Shinohara's personality is like Mado's. And the main difference: Kaneki is a ghoul, not a human that was turned into a ghoul.

Amon doesn't exist in the oneshot. It's an alternate story.
