Here are my thoughts on the girls involved and why they will or won't end up being Raku's wife. Reply if you wish, I will edit this list based on receiving merited comments. For the record, the list is in order of appearance in the manga.
Chitoge KirisakiThe case for:
1) She's the 1st heroine introduced in the manga. By tradition the 1st girl introduced in a harem is most often (not always) the winner in a non-harem ending.
2) She has one foot in the door already. Publicly, she's already in a relationship with Raku, therefore she has an inherent advantage over the other girls in the race.
3) Chitoge is undeniably both gorgeous and smart, plus she has non-gang/yakuza connections which could allow Raku to get a job with Flower Corporation as an opportunity to leave the yakuza lifestyle.
4) If Raku breaks up with Chitoge, there's a possibility of a yakuza vs. gang war erupting, therefore there's an incentive to stay in a relationship.
The case against:
1) Chitoge's not Raku's #1 interest romantically. If I had to take a guess, she's at least 2nd behind Kosaki and maybe even 3rd behind Yui.
2) When it boils down to it, Chitoge's personality hasn't really been compatible with Raku. Long term, this is an issue that Chitoge and Raku need to sort out and come to an understanding if they want to have a real relationship.
3) Chitoge's been stuck in this "fake relationship" mode, which means she's just spinning her wheels unless she actually confesses her love to Raku. And who knows if Raku would even believe her after being in a fake relationship this long?
4) Chitoge's already proven she doesn't have the guts to confess yet anyways, see issue #3 above.
Kosaki OnoderaThe case for:
1) Kosaki is Raku's true love interest.
2) Kosaki and Raku get along well together, so it would be easy to see them as a couple.
3) Kosaki's family runs a japanese sweets shop, which fits both with Raku's hobby of cooking and his interest in leaving the gang culture he grew up with.
The case against:
1) Kosaki and Raku both don't have the guts to really confess to each other. (obviously)
2) Kosaki's introverted and nonconfrontational personality means she isn't the type to go after Raku at the risk of hurting her friendship with Chitoge specifically, and the other girl friends in Raku's harem in general.
3) Kosaki was the 2nd heroine introduced in the manga series, and we all know that 2nd place is typically the 1st loser.
4) Kosaki's the only girl where there's no incentive for Raku to actually date her because of the fear of political and/or personal retribution.
Seishirou TsugumiThe case for:
1) Seishirou is probably the most beautiful girl out of the entire group, believe it or not. She definitely has the biggest boobs, which counts for something.
2) Seishirou actually has a personality that's compatible with Raku when she's not pissed, and she doesn't have quite as short of a temper as Chitoge.
3) Seishirou is smart, all-around-talented, and can even cook well (a specifically noted have/have-not talent in this manga).
4) As a Plan-B option, Seishirou has an opportunity to be Raku's lover if Raku ends up hooking up with Chitoge.
The case against:
1) Seishirou is the personal servant of Chitoge, which means that taking Raku from Chitoge would be tantamount to treason. So this option only flies if Chitoge and Raku officially breaks up.
2) Marrying Seishirou could mean a life of the underworld for Raku, which is the opposite direction Raku wants to go with this life.
3) Seishirou was never raised up as a girl, so her training and experience dealing with men as the role of a woman is nonexistant. As such, she is clumsy with her ability to project her feelings to Raku.
4) Because marrying Seishirou would mean that Claude would be Raku's father-in-law. (lol)
5) Seishirou's the only girl that Raku has incentive
not to date in fear of political and/or personal retribution, see issues #1 and #4.
Marika TachibanaThe case for:
1) Marika is smart, talented, dedicated and really pretty. From the standpoint of what you would want from a girl for a wife, Marika has it all.
2) Marika has an aggressive personality to openly profess her love towards him. From Raku's standpoint, there's no ambiguity about how she feels about him.
3) If Raku doesn't end up with Marika, he runs the risk of starting a yakuza vs. police war.
The case against:
1) Marika isn't Raku's #1, #2 or probably even #3 ideal option. As such, she has an uphill battle in really earning Raku's true love.
2) Marika has health issues. Although they haven't been a detriment to her ability to marry Raku yet, it's clearly something Komi-sensei intends to introduce as a roadblock to Marika's path.
3) Marika's overly aggressive attempts to gain Raku's affection has really been counterproductive. Raku's a sucker for girls teasing him to take the initiative, not blatant attempts to get his affection.
Yui KanakuraThe case for:
1) Because Yui's the sexy oneesan that drives a love arrow through Raku's heart. Raku clearly adores Yui.
2) Yui has an irresistable extrovert personality that Raku and nearly every other straight male born in this world loves. Raku's going to fall for her, it's just a matter of tme.
3) Yui's the only girl out of the harem that Raku actually remembers relatively clearly from his childhood days. She has the advantage of leveraging those childhood memories. It also underscores how important of an impact Yui had on Raku during his childhood.
4) Yui has the advantage of living with Raku, which gives her "opportunities" with Raku like none of the other girls have.
5) Yui's been clear with Raku that she would marry him, but she's not too pushy about it (in this case a plus from Raku viewpoint). She's willing to roll the dice and hope Raku comes to her instead.
6) If Raku doesn't marry Yui, he might find himself turned into spare ribs by Yui's extremely short but dangerous bodyguard.
The case against:
1) Yui's the last one to join the harem, and as such she's in a disadvantageous position of trying to pass the rest of the girls in the pecking order.
2) Yui's also his school teacher, which means that they can't officially be in a relationship until she quits or he graduates, the latter being still a year-and-half away.
3) Raku still can't shake off the notion that Yui is his oneesan, despite not being really blood related. It prevents him from making a move on Yui.
4) Frankly, Yui's existence of the manga smells of a character designed to help push Raku along the path of finding out which of the other girls he really loves, instead of actually being the girl that Raku ends up falling in love with. Of course, this has nothing to do with Yui herself but if you consider the role that Yui is designed to fulfill, you need to account for this.
5) Marrying Yui would link Raku to another Yakuza family, which again is not the direction Raku wants to be going.
