So, Batoto has this page

But here's something:

some of the groups are listed in the first but not the second link and supposedly, the first link is outdated. So, should I look at both or should I just look at the second?


In the first link, Stage Storm projects = "do not host". However, I asked The One of Shi-ki and he gave me permission to put Glass Mask here. Just letting you guys know 'cos they handed Glass Mask over to Shi-ki.

The 2nd link is a collection of the group data we have. Changes to the group info is changed in the group delays page.

The forum post is a piece from the old bootstrapping from another site like ours (b/c we can't realistically go asking everyone). It's possible some in that list isn't even warranted or wanted. But, it's a real headache trying to sort out old stuff, so, it's been kinda like that.
If there are duplicates, follow the new one (group data).

Hikaru no Go group: This was what etc(SAO, Cesare, Hyakki something) was originally named as before they changed their name. So any project under this group = do not upload.

You're thinking way too hard about this. Delay policies don't matter AT ALL if the group is defunct... I'm not quite sure why you thought you needed to find out delay policies for defunct groups.
