The list should have Orange Marmalade, Dead Days, Red Storm, Hive & of course Black Haze! Maybe Dalsez too though I don't know if it's being translated anymore, the last I read was maybe chap-20 or 30? Of course nothing beats TOG though I stalled it after chap-200 had exams inbound

Yeah, I agree with you in the case of Orange Marmalade, I consider it to at least be among the group of the better examples of the medium. Not the best by far, but certainly one that, I at least, consider to be an actual, high-quality, honest to goodness, literary product........something I can't really say about much of them.

Out of the webcomics in the OP poll, there's none that I've tried and really liked, though I read Girls of the Wild for a while.

 

My favourite webcomics are Bugcat-Capoo (my namesake), and recently Mousou Telepathy and Evergreen Stories.
