um i have beening wondering why batoto.net doesnt allow bleach,naruto?

 

in batoto it says:

COMIC LOCKED
We've been requested to stop hosting this series by Viz.
==========Notice End==============

 

 

but in other sites like mangafox,mangahere bleach,naruto manga is available.why doesnt VIZ allow?please care to explaine.

Simply put, Viz doesn't allow for hosting it anywhere due to them licensing the series. Those other sites just don't care for the rules.

Those other sites just steal it and put it on their website without paying or permission. Batoto actually cares, so no, you wont be able to

We have US based servers. And Batoto complies when it gets DMCA requests. Which means we will take down some things but it also means that Batoto has a certain extend of protection from the law because we comply. You can read a little more about the DMCA act here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Digital_Millennium_Copyright_Act

 

P.S.: Your topic titles with "Q&A" are misleading.

 

EDIT: Some people that are sure they can't be reached by US prosecution can technically just ignore all DMCA requests.
