Question here.
For webcomics with books published, example http://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/hori-san-to-miyamura-kun-webcomic-r9598
If I were to start scanlation of it's book version instead, I am suppose to add "new comic" for it right?

Horimiya is the other version of Hori-san to Miyamura-kun.
What I'm referring to is Hori-san to Miyamura-kun which is the webcomic version, which also has tankobon published.
If it's the webcomic in volume format, then it doesn't get a page.
For all those thinking of thanking me for the scanlations, I only upload them, and I'm just a mod here. Please leave a message on the actual groups' pages that do all the hard work.
Since "book version" as you call it is a rather ambiguous term...
'Book version' suggests that it just got printed and the only difference is that it's on paper (quite a few authors of popular webcomics offer printed versions of their comics).
Horimiya is an adaptation of the original webcomic. They share characters/setting and stuff, but it's pretty much considered a separate work in terms of classification. Series like Maoyuu Maou Yuusha have several different serialisations existing. Series like Papa no Iu Koto o Kikinasai! have loads of spin-off works. There's My Heart Is Beating, a webtoon that got its manga adaptation, Water Cube. There's also Crepuscule, where the original was cancelled and then restarted with art and story changes.
So - if it's a new work (usually recognisable by changes of author and/or artist, and by it having a separate entry on Baka-Updates), it gets a separate entry.

I'm a bit late here, but I'd like to mention that, contrary to what the two mods above have said, I think dokein is right. There is precedent on Batoto for the same comic to have different versions on separate pages. See Veritas (two versions of tanks) and Space China Dress (tank first, then webtoon). Particularly, this is because in these cases, there was A) a switch between black and white and color and/or B) a switch in format between long-strip and pages. Both of these changes justify a new comic page, especially because of reason B, since one version of the comic page would need "Webtoon" checked and the other version would need it to not be checked.
Thanks for the explanation. I really don't know how to word them out.
At first I thought there was no need to make a new page for it, just upload in the same page and maybe readers can just click the "Want to see this chapter per page instead?".
Here's the tank example.

Spoiler
I think it will be better if it is has its own page. The spacing on the top/bottom can be disturbing ,
plus many members wont be clickin on the "view per page" button. You can link the tank version under description.
