It has a good artwork and decent storyline.

Has WL officially dropped it? The Company will not take up a series that is being done by another group.
I know it's been a year since they last released this series, but if they haven't dropped it, it will not be even considered.
Anyway, the series looks very easy to clean so if the series has, in fact, been dropped by WL, and some translator would like to do it, we could take it up.

Yes, it has been dropped.
"Song of the Cloud" is no longer on their active project list. It hasn't been for quite some time.

Guys, check this series once.
43 out of 65 chapters have already been translated.
The cleaning is also not that difficult(as mentioned by Ral).
The Company has done two other series of the same author.
