The Company doesn't take on projects that are scanlated by other groups. Not unless said group clearly states that they're dropping the project.
Also, the latest release of Wake Up Deadman by EGS was 48 days ago. That is not three months.
A Fairytale for the Demon Lord season 2 has just started. Are you sure that EGS is not gonna do it? They did season 1, so they will probably do season 2, too.
