Eh, Seo..... just when I'm excited about what will happen to the second Fuuka, and actually looking forward to the next chapter, you side-tracked a bit from the story... sigh.

 

But it's not that bad though, although this sudden appearance of a jerk vocalist is a bit... well, 'forced' perhaps is the right word?

Hmm, so now we can see that Yuu is actually a bit idealistic, in a musical sense. Although IMO, it's kinda true that if you don't make/write music that sells, chances are you will find it hard to make it there. But well, we'll see how this battle of ideals goes.

 

And, why, suddenly Tama-chan cannot spill her heart out like last time? Just find it a bit weird there.

Ideals vs. sales is not really original, Seo is just borrowing some old format there.
Just keep in mind that there are no absolutes when it comes to human circumstances, so you can't really say either one is wrong.
 

Also, I don't see why you thought Koyuki's behavior was weird. It's perfectly natural to feel awkward and start pulling back after suffering such a huge episode of revelations, just like Koyuki did.
In fact, if she had remained completely honest and not feel any kind of tension, THAT is what I would call weird. And crude. And it wouldn't fit in with her personality that has been shown thus far.

But this story is getting a little too emo for me tbh, so this'll be the last time I'm commenting here. Not like anybody cares, but I do wish you all a continued interesting read. Bye~.

Hmm, this is actually a bit more interesting now. Although perhaps we already know what the outcome will be, more or less, still interesting to see what Yuu will actually do.

Corporate crap controlling the fate of musicians, artists, writers, etc.  It would be trite, if it wasn't the naked truth.  Everything in the entertainment/arts world revolves around profit (usually short term), driven by people in suits who know the price of everything and the value of nothing.  A number of mangaka and writers have written about this theme, but I appreciate Seo Sensei bringing it into his work as well, as it's one of those things that needs to be told again and again.

Hmm... where should I start?

It was getting interesting during the band competition, but then they had to drop that bombshell where everyone in the band quit school. I mean, really?

Reckless is an understatement for that.

Not to mention Yuu's siblings seemed to be fine with that decision. Surely his parents would say something or two about that?

 

And to that, in this chapter, Yuu signed the contract without even looking at it. Wow...... thankfully they have Makoto and Sara in their band though.

Well, this is manga, so they'd probably doing fine with their music. But still......

 

By the way, that Saori Amaya has something to do with Shiori from KNIM right? Perhaps her sister?

How could this have happened !? Seo Kouji is a crazy. I want to believe that everything is just a dream. For I do not want to see Fuuka being replaced by a "new Fuuka".

 

Speaking seriously now, it was a risky idea to kill Fuuka and left many issues to be discussed:

1- Is it some kind of curse, as it happened the same story with the other members of the Hedgehogs band?

2- Let's wait a "Cross over" of Fuuka with half and half? Unlikely....

Well, as for to read from the beginning, I can only say that I read Fuuka and Kimi no Iru Machi and (im not yet finished reading xD). And I just found out that they had some relationship, after reading the coments on this topic. Therefore, I intend to read Suzuka and Kimi (read it again because it doesn't remember much).

Wh-wh-whoa!! Suzuka appeared in the latest chapter!! I wonder if Yamato is somewhere around?

My, my, she really has grown into one fine woman.

 

It is probably going to be a short appearance (and probably two or three times more in the future) so better enjoy it as long as we could.

 

On the other hand, they're going to play at the Bundokan eh. Huge step for them.

Somehow... this feels like the story's coming to an end soon.

 

There's still more to show, if Seo wants to (IMO), but chapter 73 feels like the beginning of an end.

I like that manga and all... But! Seo! Why did you draw Aoi breasts that time like it's a silicon made by ass-handed surdeon? I know, that breast is just one line, but it's pretty yricky to make it natural... but it's still infuriating! It looks like pulled up with a string or faked!
