I'll have you know, the last time we did this, we all ate the most fatty fries I have ever experienced in my life. We all felt sick afterwards, but as Roady said while groaning and feeling generally sick from the food, "It was worth it."

Yea but people would have to organize it in their respective areas. Never It's a great idea no we just have to find people willing to host/ organize these meet ups

Can't vote, central europe missing and too big of an expense to travel elsewhere. Add Africa too (not very probable for bigger meetup though) and/or maybe "Other" for people to voice alternative location in their posts.

Then again, I probably wouldn't appear on it anyway - being gender-ambiguous IRL would be hard.

Yeah same here if anything I`ll stay true to my name and just stare all of you from afar, but I wouldn't go my funding needs to be replenish.  Beside none of you know where I dwells in the future. 

 

For trips for people who are underage or have protective parents and contracts or some form of agreements must be made so you are responsible for such emergency. Like if someone's luggage get stolen or their passport. a form with emergency contracts.  

 

hotels, transportation from the airport  must be arrange and paid, larger group ( about 10) for most hotel will give you a discounts depend where you go.

 

and for people who no money, if you want to make it happen work as difficult as it is, that is the only options (beside asking a.k.a begging your parents, foster parents, or guardians)

 

I think the plane tickets should be the participant responsibility.  

 

However at the moment with no funds such event is practically nil. one option is to make a bundle and sell tickets that includes the hotels and transportation fees.  any other activities should be up to individual expense. And the participant better be sure to have a ticket ride back to their homeland as well. 

 

If anything I think a regional meetup would be easier to be honest, it would be cheaper and more practical and less worry for anything that is underage or again over protective parents or job schedules.  A global meetup is difficult and dangerous.  Even if someones wins a lottery it will not be enough. 

 

with that say. I will be no where and everywhere. I like not being found or notice.*source does these kind of things before (>.<) whoever knew RL experience comes in handy)

Well whoever will be in charge will need to think of a itinerary or places to see and eat and the cost. you`ll be responsible for you well being and tickets that include the hotels and transportation. and ticket there and back to whereever you are from.
