No no offtopica used to be a scanlations group
Ahhhh.......ok, well, I'm thinking you mean Offtopia, just since the name's so close and they've become (a little) on the inactive side. Yeah, if that's who you're talking about, they haven't done much lately that I've seen. A while back I'd see their name here and there since they were doing a joint with Happy Scans (on a title that I earnestly intend to read someday 
).
