Well... I don't use the place called looktraffic, so I'm guessing it came through a network of the ad network...
I was trying some new ad places since the incident. I've just removed some of the more questionable ones and withdrawing back to more reliable ones. (you really can't tell if they're questionable until you use them. >.< Reviews about ad networks are all so meaningless, often attacks without proofs, etc...) So, that virus may have been removed.

Went to their site and tried the free software they offered and it set off my anti-virus software(comodo). Now it may be a false positive for a malware but still.

Well, depending on opinion, this is probably false positive or true positive. lol Screensavers programs usually come bundled with less friendly software.
I removed it anyway from our site.

Found few others that (might) have sounds with ipad thing and same advertiser. Removed all of em.

Like, I would just click the image of a manga page to go to the next page, and it'd automatically redirect sometimes, or I'd just leave the window open, and it would just redirect as well. This happens on my iTouch too.

Sorry if this isn't really considered an Ad, but it acts like one and has been happening for a week already x.x
Edit: Also to add, I'm using Google Chrome as my laptop browser, iTouch is default Safari.

It has been affecting me as well, but only on fresh page views. Again, both iOS Safari and Windows Firefox. On the iOS, hitting the back button once reloads the previous page with the same ads, so it redirects again. I have been trying to catch the page source in Firefox with no luck, since it hijacks the page so quickly.

The redirect first goes to hxx p://www.heavy.com/incoming/402 which then sends us on to the link Takahirou posted. If I can dig out any further details I'll let you know.

My bad, I didn't take down the information because I refreshed the page.
But there are a lot of video ads that are muted by default, however i run into a few on occasion that aren't. Such as "Brand Power", that shows up a few times.

It seems to be a series of videos that play automatically, with audio. Since it's several video ads I don't know if a screenshot would be helpful since it doesn't seem to be one brand.

well I actually was a little too lazy to take a screenshot and it was some time ago but, might as well mention it.
There's one ad where you can 'play' a 'throw the axe and hit/kill the director' game (and the target is moving in a 'W' shape).
That ad, when it pops out, causes my mouse pointer to flicker constantly.
