This is a pretty amusing gender bender with some adequately titillating fan service, occasional moments of actual heartfelt emotion, and kind of a sweet bro-mantic core, but the end is a publisher-friendly gag ending that steps way, way back from any possible uncomfortable gay confusion the reader might be feeling. You can actually see where the magaka's real ending is in the top half of page 18 in the concluding chapter (vol. 3 chapter 15), and then everything else afterwards looks totally tacked on to keep his publisher happy and the manga out of technical Shounen Ai territory. Still, the wacky gag ending doesn't ruin the manga, and it is a fun read if you are into this sort of thing.
So, yeah -- I liked it!
