I have no idea how to request approval for scanning/translating from the webtoon author. I am truly lost.. Also with my fairly "noob-y" translations (it's my first time; I do not plan on forming a group or joining one right now for doing all the very hard and detailed work required to provide this!! that means it will only come once in a blue moon? no, perhaps once every other week if i can get a grip on my private life. i am sorry if this whole attempt of mine seems lost in the river but rest assured, i will try my hardest!! i also want to pick up some other webtoons that are currently not available... introducing my non-korean speaking to webtoons will help with language learning, i believe. i think people interested in webtoon will be happy to see variety are translated. not just a few, webtoons fandom is so small compared to manga... ㅠㅠㅠ i will work hard to increase translation of webtoons!!! :^)

Webtoon authors are hired by Korean search service companies, such as Naver and Daum. You can't possibly get approval from them.

Ahhh I see. That is why scanning happens in groups? They are scouted by the companies? I thought I send a proposal personally to the artist! :-0
